AB is passionate and leads by example, but hasmade some questionable decions as ODI captain. He comes across as a team man. Faf on the other hand is more of an ice-man in the Dhoni mould, but from what I saw at the T20 WC is more interested in Faf than the team. Both can handle pressure but faf is the calmer of the two. if Faf learns to be less egotistical he is probably the best long term choice as captain, although nowhere close to AB in pure talent.
