Elgar will go on to play 100

I think he (Dean Elgar) just might play 100 tests, he looked good and steady with the bat, and I watched the Ram slam T20 and his bowling was ok, he could improve but still he was a very useful bowler in that tournament. As for De Kock, I’m sure everyone knows the potential he has, but personally I don’t think his proved himself as a test player yet, he could be a very dangerous batsman if he plays at first class level and gets that experience under his belt before he plays for SA in test matches. My worry is if De Kock is picked now then he might be as good as Mark Boucher, but SA deserves more than that and his potential is too big as a batsman to just end up as an average wicket kepper/ batsman. SA doesn’t normally give you 5 tests to prove yourself; they will either give you 1 match or 50 matches regardless how you perform. I just wish he can make that line up as a specialist batsman and then in 3-4 yrs takes the gloves from AB
