Dear chairmen of the IRB, ICC, FIFA,
IAAF, INC etc.
Please note that South African sports teams are not allowed to choose players on merit.
During the apartheid era teams we also not chosen on merit. During that time South Africa was excluded from international sports bodies under the slogan "no normal sport in an abnormal society". Now we have a normal society but still no merit selection.
What will you do now that we are back to where we where under the old regime?
