Current crop of refs not up to standard

I have no confidence in any of these current refs - they are all equally useless. The most promising of the new refs that I have seen over the last year is Rasta Rashinenga (?) - but he seems to be doing the 7's tour. The problem with all of these refs is that it turns the game into a lottery - with the home side having a bias in their favour by virtue of the home crowd noise influencing the ref's decision.
