Bok fans predict clean sweep

Cape Town - Sport24 readers have predicted victory for the Springboks against Wales, France and Scotland on their end of year tour.

In Sport24's home page online poll, 3 out of every 4 readers believed that the Springboks would finish their tour of the northern hemisphere unbeaten, while a quarter of those polled believed a jaded Springbok team would succumb to at least one of their opponents following a long and demanding season.

The Springboks face Wales on November 9 (kick-off at 19:30), followed by Tests against Scotland (November 17 at 17:00) and France (November 23 at 22:00).

Sport24 asked:

"With the Currie Cup a thing of the past, rugby fans now shift their focus to the Springboks' end-of-year tour to Europe. How will the Boks do against Wales, Scotland and France?"

These were the results:

77% - Unbeaten tour for the Boks!
11% - They'll beat Wales and Scotland, but come unstuck against France
12% - They are tired, could lose more than once!

Thankfully some of the Boks, like Jaque Fourie, will be fresh after having played overseas. (Gallo Images)

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
