Bismarck is a real power house and has proven to draw out vast amounts of inspiration and confidence from his fellow team mates, Bismarck has been on a great run and has built a staggering amount of momentum as captain. I believe the Boks need someone fresh and positive who brings a strong impact to invigorate our national team, Jean's injury comes as a blessing in disguise as he's been due a significant rest and perhaps it's opened an opportunity to bring in an entirely new and influential force of leadership which in my mind is the relentless and experienced Bissie.
