Allister, you suck man!

Its funny, In 2010 they got praised for reaching the final, and although they had the "best" coaching staff, some of the best players in World rugby and labeled as favorites to win it, they Still lost out to the Bulls. Once again all hope of success in SA Rugby lays firmly on the Bulls' shoulders. Year in, and year out, running rugby is the main talking point in South African Rugby. The Bulls started their kicking game way back in 2004. They stuck with that, till this day, and look where that got them. 3 Time champions, never before have they lost in a final. They chose players to fall in with their game plan, not the other way around. Jannie de Beer, Louis Koen, Derick Hougaard, Morne Steyn... game changers. A general at Flyhalf. Someone that executes their gameplan. The Bulls stick with their "style", and yes, there have been many times when that same game plan backfired, but they have been the most successful SA team and second most successful team in the entire competition with their "Kick & Chase" style of play. They rotate their player, Ludeke thinks a bit further than the length of his nose, he selects a squad of players which consists of players who links up well, play their role in the structure and knows exactly what their requirements are.

Alister Coetzee doesn't do that. He buys a player with the hope that he'll be the answer. Unconsciously he forces that player into a situation where, from day one, its make or break for him. Aside from the fact that 40% of South Africans voted for Jantjies as 2nd and 3rd best fly half in South Africa, those same people now have a sense of hate against Jantjies. Why?

Because a 22 year old, who's father passed away a couple of weeks before Super Rugby started, couldn't step up for the Stormers against the above-mentioned Bulls at Loftus! Keep in mind that the barely trained with the Stormers in the pre-season and didn't participate in ANY of their warm-up games earlier in the year?

How can that possibly be acceptable of overlooked? Because Jantjies must be professional enough to play at that level?

How about against the Blues. AGAIN, after 70 minutes of sloppy play by Van Aswegen, Jantjies was asked to make the difference and turn the game and (tour) around for the Stormers, with 10 minutes left on the clock. Lets put aside the fact that he had 60% share in the second try De Villiers scored. De Villiers displayed a fantastic performance at inside center, but his worst as captain in recent years. The Stormers forced themselves into a position where the required one more score to win the game with time finished. Jantjies got the ball and with the attempt to slot a 40 - 45 meter drop goal, he fluffed it.

Now its his fault? Allister Coetzee, you are an idiot my man. You are ruining a talented player's career, and because of your stupidity, your team suffers. You don't have any depth. You cry and cry and cry about injuries. It comes to you as a great schock that a 32 year old flanker can't keep up with the young boys. Then you cry about it. You keep on playing Jean de Villiers even though its obvious that he needs a rest. You are an idiot. I for one never before liked you, the way you laugh about something that isn't funny, your way of thinking, talking, game-plan or team structure.

I'm glad I'm not a Stormer. And for those that are supporters of them, I feel sorry for you guys. You are passionate about you team, but they have absolutely poor management and coaching staff.

I'm disappointed. And I can only imagine how you should feel.

Allister, you suck man!
