40/60 split to be used for Bafana

Should the government and Hoskins implement the 60/40structures, I hope that all rugby and cricket lovers will boicot the attendance at all rugby and cricket stadiums.What will the structure split be with sokker?Maybe the 60/40 split will work in the sokker ranks, at least bafana will start to win some games.
