Ferrari: 'We want to win again'

Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo has warned his team to keep its feet on the ground after Fernando Alonso ended the team's 11-race drought at Silverstone.

Ferrari's last win was in South Korea in 2010 with Alonso behind the wheel.

PRAISE FOR ALONSO

Montezemolo commented on Alonso's win by saying,"You were good. You showed how to react to difficulties, you didn't lose your courage, you succeeded in improving in every area but now keep your feet on the ground, as we're used to doing because we know what winning is all about.

"He concluded by urging Ferrari to "take another step forward, because we want to win again this year"

UP TO THIRD

Alonso's win pushed him to third in the standings, 92 points behind Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel. Alonso echoed his boss's sentiments.

"This win doesn't change anything, we have to be realistic, 92 points behind is a lot. We're taking each race one by one and will try to win as many as possible," he admitted.
