WATCH: Lewis Hamilton steps into a wrestling ring

Cape Town - With Formula One set for a return to Mexico this weekend for the first time in 23 years, world champion Lewis Hamilton found himself experiencing some of the country's traditional cultures. 

And, crazily, he found himself in a wrestling ring against masked Mexican superstar Mistico! 

The event, hosted at the Arena Mexico, also saw Hamilton try his hand at Mariachi - a form of Mexican folk music - as well as a game of foosball. 

But, the main event was without a doubt Hamilton in the ring. 

"I never saw myself in the wrestling ring but after taking on Mistico last night I think I’ve found a new talent! I always enjoy getting an insight into the culture of race countries and last night was a brilliant experience," Hamilton said.
