Pedrosa quickest in San Marino

Honda's Dani Pedrosa was over half a second quicker than the rest of the field in first practice on Friday for Sunday's San Marino MotoGP.
The Spaniard, second in the overal standings behind compatriot Jorge Lorenzo of Yamaha, sped round the Misano track on Italy's east coast in a best effort of one minute 34.772 during the hour-long session.
Teammate Andrea Dovizioso was second quickest on his home ground with Lorenzo third and world champion Valentino Rossi fourth.
