Jari-Matti Latvala of Finland finished third in 3:10:52.4 for Ford Focus.
Championship points leader Sebastien Loeb of France finished in fifth place in 3:11:19.7.
It was Ogier's second win of the season, following his victory at the Rally of Portugal in May.
