Sakhir - Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo said his team's dreadful start to the season was "the best medicine for the team", after seeing them score their first points this year in Sunday's Bahrain Grand Prix.
Making one of his rare appearances at a race outside Italy, the long-serving Ferrari chief praised the team and driver Finn Kimi Raikkonen, who finished sixth to score their first points of the season.
"In this situation it is good to give something to the team and boost the rapport of the boys and the team morale," he said. "And now we have 15 days before the next race to solve our problems and show what we can do at Barcelona.
"As to the world championship, who knows? We have won three out of the last four titles and we have a team that knows how to win.
"But this situation is perhaps the best medicine for the team. No more and no less."
