Cape Town - England's Ian Poulter has given the US Open organisers an almighty serve for the "disgraceful" state of the tournament's greens.
An hour before Jordan Spieth was crowned champion at Chambers Bay on Sunday, Poulter took to Instagram to slam the unplayable surfaces, posting a picture of the putting green with a lengthy rant.
The course has come in for criticism from legends of the game, including Gary Player who let rip at the state of the course.
Poulter finished the tournament on 11-over par.
