Tiger skips daughter's party

California - After vowing he would never miss one of his children's birthdays, Tiger Woods spent his daughter's third birthday in California was she was home in Florida.

Tiger Woods's golf game may be getting back on track following his performance at this weekend's US Open, but his personal life is still a mess.

Radar Online reports that the golfer was in California while his daughter, Samantha, celebrated her third birthday at home in Florida.

Tiger had previously stated in a press conference following his stint in rehab that one of his biggest regrets was missing his son's birthday.

"Because of the time frame of it, I missed my son's first birthday and that hurts. That hurts a lot and I vowed I'd never miss another one after that," the golfer stated. It seems like most of Tiger's promises, he failed to follow through.

There had been speculation Samantha would be flown out to California with a nanny for her big day, but that never happened.

Tiger was back in Florida on Monday luckily and spent the day with his daughter.

He may also be playing dad to a new son soon if paternity tests prove him to be the father of the child of former mistress Devon James.
