The 24-year-old was arrested after the incident and pleaded guilty to the indecent exposure charge.
Stalmach spent five days in jail, faced a fine of $1 500 (R17 950) and lost his bartender job.
According to azfamily.com, Stalmach admitted that "eight-plus drinks" in the hour leading up to the incident likely played a role in his decision-making.
"Me and my buddy were talking about somebody streaking throughout the day and we figured, if you want something done right, do it yourself," Stalmach said.
Although he's "embarrassed" Stalmach told Arizona's Family "it was worth it" because he made people laugh.
"I definitely wouldn't do it again," he said.
"I do want to apologise to anyone I did offend."
