According to the CBS Sports website, Spieth, 22, was this week honored in his hometown of Dallas by one of his sponsors - AT&T.
The mosaic of him swinging a club comprised some 24 152 golf balls. It took 25 people to set up.
Spieth became only the fourth player since 1960 to win the Masters and US Open for the first two legs of the Grand Slam.
Spieth won his fifth tournament of the year at the Tour Championship to claim the FedEx Cup and finish the year with just over $12 million, a PGA Tour record.
He also was voted PGA Tour Player of the Year and reached No 1 in the world.
Spieth is currently preparing for the World Golf Championship event in Shanghai next week.
