Kruger moves up rankings

Johannesburg - South African golfer Jbe' Kruger has climbed 21 spots, to 160th position, in the latest World Golf Rankings released on Monday.

His move followed an eighth place finish at the CIMB Classic, a PGA Tour event in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Sunday.

Kruger climbed ahead of 2008 Masters Champion Trevor Immelman, who was lying 166th in the rankings.

Louis Oosthuizen remained the top-ranked South African, in 11th place, while Open champion Ernie Els was 24th and Charl Schwartzel was 32nd.
