Frost slams ‘evil’ estranged wife

Cape Town - South Africa’s newly crowned senior golf champion David Frost is allegedly married to two women - one his ‘soul mate’ and the other an ‘evil, money-sucking woman’.

According to the Sunday Times, Frost accused his estranged wife in Cape Town of “unChristianlike” behaviour after she filed criminal charges against him for allegedly forging her signature in order to sell a property.

Cornelia Frost, his wife of 16 years, this week petitioned a US judge to find Frost in criminal contempt for perjury, forgery and filing a false divorce notice so he could marry Colene Visser earlier this year. His estranged wife said in court papers that he tricked his way into getting a divorce decree in the US and that they are getting divorced in South Africa.

Frost’s attorney Susan van Aswegen said: “David was legally divorced from (Cornelia) when he and Colene got married in Florida. The divorce was indeed revoked.”  Frost meanwhile admitted to forging his estranged wife’s signature but said it was a “dirty tactic and unChristianlike” of Cornelia to subject him to prosecution.

He said: “Corrie wants money from me, so I don’t understand why she tries to frame me as a criminal that should sit and rot in jail... yet on the South African side she demands I maintain her for the rest of her life. Why can’t Corrie engage in some activity - other than shopping – that earns her money?”

No! I think the smart thing to do is start again with a younger skipper ...

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
