Doha - Finland's Miko Ilonen and Sergio Garcia charged up the leaderboard midway through the final round on Saturday as the Qatar Masters headed for an exciting finish.
Ilonen, who was on 10 under the end of the third round, played a brilliant front nine to tie Rafa Cabrera-Bello with 14 under 238.
Cabrera-Bello, however, had only completed seven holes of his final round.
Garcia, who has never won in Qatar, was in a group of four players, including overnight joint leader Steve Webster, on 13 under.
Ilonen shot a bogey-free nine holes, a 15-ft birdie on the fourth proving his best effort of the day so far.
