Dolphins set fair target

Johannesburg - After the Cape Cobras crushed the Titans by an innings and 72 runs within three days in Paarl, there could be at least one other outright result in the SuperSport Series over the weekend after both the Dolphins and the Warriors made declarations to make up for lost time in their match at Kingsmead.

The Dolphins declared their first innings at 70 without loss and the Warriors their second at 96/6 to leave the home side to make what seemed quite a generous 275 in more than a day.

However, it may not seem quite so generous when the recent Durban weather conditions are taken into account.

The Dolphins closed the day on 34/1 after Imraan Khan was bowled for a duck by Lonwabo Tsotsobe in the first over of the innings.
