Rain halts SA v Sri Lanka

Bloemfontein - The third One-Day international between South Africa and Sri Lanka in Bloemfontein has been interrupted by rain.

LIVE scoring from Bloemfontein

When the covers came on, South Africa were four runs ahead of the Duckworth Lewis calculation, after 34 overs Sri Lanka made 266 for nine off their 50 overs.

One hour of extra time is allowed in the new rules, but should no further play be possible, South Africa would win by four runs, therefore, taking an unassailable 3-0 lead in the five-match series.
