SA lose toss and bat

Johannesburg - Pakistan won the toss and elected to field first in the third one-day international against South Africa at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium in Dubai on Tuesday.

Pakistan will draw massive confidence from their nail-biting one-wicket victory in the second match of the series. That result levelled the series while Abdul Razzaq’s century will go down as one of the greatest knocks in ODI history.

The hosts have made just one change to their side with batsman Imran Farhat coming in for Misbah-ul-Haq.

The Proteas were let down by their death bowling the last clash between the two sides and will hope for a massive improvement with the ball.

The visitors have made two changes to their line-up with Jacques Kallis and Rusty Theron replacing Robin Peterson and Charl Langeveldt.

There is still no place for Graeme Smith, who is recovering from a hand injury.

Pakistan - Asad Rafiq, Imran Farhat, Mohammad Hafeez, Younis Khan, Fawad Alam, Shahid Afridi (capt), Abdul Razzaq, Zulqarnain Haider (wk), Wahab Riaz, Shoaib Akhtar, Saeed Ajmal.

South Africa - Hashim Amla, AB de Villiers (wk), Jacques Kallis, JP Duminy, Colin Ingram, David Miller, Albie Morkel, Johan Botha (capt), Morne Morkel, Rusty Theron, Lonwabo Tsotsobe.
