Thanks for tuning in! A top-notch victory for South Africa who win a Test in Galle for the first time.

They dominated from Day 1 and never took their foot off the peddle. Dale Steyn simply must be the man-of-the-match for taking 9 wickets on a pitch supposed to be a graveyard for seamers!

The one question mark from this Test would be about Imran Tahir though. He was ineffective on a pitch which should have suited him. Perhaps the Cobras' Dane Piedt will get a run in the second Test...

  • South Africa win by 153 runs - A brilliant job as a captain on debut from Amla, centuries from Elgar and Duminy, good bowling performances from Steyn and Morkel and South Africa seal an important win in Sri Lanka to go 1-0 up in the series. Sri Lanka will have a lot to think about, but they were a bowler short after Eranga got injured on the first day. Tahir's performance will be under scrutiny as Duminy bowled better than him. Good win for South Africa.
