Cape Town - The Springboks have it all to do if they wish to win the Nelson Mandela Legacy Cup for the third time after the Proteas posted a massive total of 252 for 9 at Newlands.
Led by a brilliant 90 (42 balls) by Hashim Amla, the Proteas looked in no mood to lose to their rugby counterparts. Amla was well supported by Dwaine Pretorius (47), Farhaan Behardien (25) and Faf du Plessis (24)
Butch James (3/25) was the pick of the bowlers for the Proteas while Sergeal Petersen excelled in the outfield, taking two brilliant catches on the midwicket boundary.
