CSA announces dates for NZ, England tours

Cape Town - Cricket South Africa (CSA) and the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) on Friday announced the international fixtures for the Proteas tour of England from May to August 2017.

CSA also announced the international fixtures for the Proteas tour to New Zealand in February and March 2017. The itineraries for the additional tour matches for both tours will be announced later. 

The New Zealand tour will consist of three Test matches, five ODIs and one T20 International match. 

On the tour to England, the Proteas will play three ODIs in May. This will be followed by the ICC Champions Trophy Tournament, also to be played in Britain, in the first half of June. 

The Proteas will then play three T20 International matches against England in the second half of June followed by the four-match Test series in July and August.

February 22 - 2nd ODI (Christchurch)

February 25 - 3rd ODI (Wellington)

March 1 - 4th ODI (Napier)

March 4 - 5th ODI (Auckland)

March 8 - 1st Test (Dunedin)

March 16 - 2nd Test (Wellington)

March 25 - 3rd Test (Hamilton)

SA tour to England - 2017

May 24 - 1st ODI (Headingley)       

May 27 - 2nd ODI (Rose Bowl)                      

May 29 - 3rd ODI (Lords)

June 1-19 - ICC Champions Trophy

June 21 - 1st T20I (Rose Bowl)

June 23 - 2nd T20I (Taunton)

June 25 - 3rd T20I (Cardiff)

July 6 - 1st Test (Lords)

July 14 - 2nd Test (Trent Bridge)

July 27 - 3rd Test (The Oval)

August 4 - 4th Test (Old Trafford)
