Johannesburg - In view of the Proteas' upcoming tour to the United Emirates to take on Pakistan, Cricket South Africa (CSA) has received numerous queries regarding the status of the tour, following the recent scandal that has broken out in England.

CSA CEO Gerald Majola said: "The tour of Pakistan is part of the ICC Future Tours' program, which we have to honour, unless instructed otherwise by the International Cricket Council (ICC). As such, the tour will go ahead as planned.

"We will not comment on the scandal itself, as we don't want to compromise any processes currently in place to deal with this matter."
