Proteas back for Pro20 semis

Johannesburg - The Proteas arrived back from India on Monday morning and some of them could be in action again as early as Wednesday, when the Cape Cobras and the Warriors meet in their second Standard Bank Pro20 semi-final at Newlands in Cape Town.

Other Proteas should be in action on Friday, in the second semi-final between the Titans and the Highveld Lions at SuperSport Park in Centurion.

Proteas coach Corrie van Zyl, said three players Jacques Kallis, Mark Boucher and Albie Morkel had minor injuries and would not be available.

Kallis has a slight hamstring strain, Boucher has back pains and Morkel twisted his ankle standing on a ball before the start of the third and final one-day international (ODI) in Ahmadabad on Saturday.

"Otherwise, we haven't asked for any players to be rested," he said.
