Cape Town - Pakistan secured a series win over India after comfortably winning the second one-day international at Eden Gardens in Kolkata by 85 runs on Thursday.

Pakistan made 250 before being dismissed in the 49th over, largely thanks to a century from the in-form Nasir Jamshed (106 from 124 balls).

The hosts then capitulated to 165 all-out, with Pakistani off-spinner Saeed Ajmal's three for 20 causing the most damage.

Full scorecard

Pakistan now take an unassailable 2-0 lead going into the final match in Delhi on Sunday.
