Dolphins v Lions abandoned

Durban - The One Day Cup match between the Dolphins and the Highveld Lions was called off without a ball bowled at Kingsmead on Wednesday.

The Dolphins won the toss and chose to bat, but the players were kept off the field by persistent rain.

The Lions remained top of the table with an eight-point lead over the Titans, who held a game in hand.

The Dolphins remained in third place, lying one point behind the Titans, after their second abandoned match in six one-day games this season.
