Port Elizabeth - The Chevrolet Warriors will welcome captain Davy Jacobs and all-rounder Nicky Boje back into their fold for the MTN40 cricket match against the Highveld Lions at Axxess DSL St George's on Saturday (16:00).
Jacobs has been included in the 13-man squad after having recovered from an injured hand, while Boje will return to fulfil his duties as the team's contracted limited overs player. It is expected Andrew Birch will miss out on the final 12 for the match.
The game against the Lions will be their first of three home matches in the space of a week. All three will be played at St George's. On Wednesday, they face the Titans, while next Saturday's game is against the Eagles.
The squad is: Colin Ingram, Jon-Jon Smuts, Justin Kreusch, Arno Jacobs, Davy Jacobs, Johan Botha, Craig Thyssen, Nicky Boje, Wayne Parnell, Andrew Birch, Lonwabo Tsotsobe, Garnett Kruger and Rusty Theron.
