India elect to bat against SL

India - India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni elected to bat after winning the toss against Sri Lanka in the second one-day international here on Friday.

India lead the five-match series 1-0 following their three-run win in the opening match in Rajkot on Tuesday.

Sri Lankan off-spinner Suraj Randiv and paceman Suranga Lakmal made their one-day debuts, while India kept the same side.

India: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (capt), Virender Sehwag, Sachin Tendulkar, Gautam Gambhir, Suresh Raina, Virat Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja, Harbhajan Singh, Praveen Kumar, Zaheer Khan, Ashish Nehra.
