The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is looking for a new head coach following Stuart Law's decision to quit the post in the middle of April.
The names of Donald, Nottinghamshire director of cricket Mick Newell and former Warwickshire captain Dermot Reeve have all been mentioned as possible replacements for Law.
But Donald made it clear that his allegiance lies with the Proteas.
"I have not had any approach but I would not be interested," Donald told ESPNcricinfo.
"I am doing a job I always wanted to be involved in and I have no inclination to make a move. My interest is with South Africa and I won't give that up at all."
Donald was appointed as South Africa's bowling coach in June last year.
