Cape Town - England batsman Kevin Pietersen has used social media platform Twitter to deny rumours that he is set to quit one-day international cricket after the World Cup which begins on February 19.
Reports had suggested that KP was looking to lessen his workload in order to spend more time at home with his wife Jessica and nine-month old son Dylan, but it now seems that England’s star middle order batsman will continue playing in the 50-over format after the World Cup.
He tweet: “Just to set the record straight.. I have NO intention of retiring from ODI's after the World Cup!!”
