Sixers hold off Chennai

Johannesburg - A fine all-round performance by Moises Henriques was enough to lift the Sydney Sixers to a crucial 14-run win over the Chennai Super Kings in their Champions Leaue Twenty20 clash at the Wanderers on Sunday.

Henriques blasted 49 not out off just 23 balls, then claimed three for 23 with the ball to help the Australian side to victory.

The Sixers made 185 for five in their allotted 20 overs after they were asked to bat first by Chennai.

The Indian team finished on 171 for nine, with Suresh Raina (57 off just 33 balls) and South African Faf du Plessis (43 off 25 balls) displaying good form.
