CSA inquiry delayed

Pretoria - The start of the fourth day of a commission of inquiry into Cricket SA's (CSA) financial affairs was delayed in Pretoria on Monday morning.

Sport and Recreation department spokesperson Manase Makwela said Judge Chris Nicholson, the head of the inquiry, had been held up by a delayed flight from Durban.

Makwela said the oral hearings, expected to begin at 09:00, would start approximately two hours late.

The committee was to hear two presentations on Monday, from Ajay Sooklal, the head of CSA's legal and governance committee, and Vusi Ngenangaye, a member of the Kei Cricket Board.
