Chittagong - Bangladesh captain Mashrafe Mortaza won the toss and elected to bat in the second and final Twenty20 international against Sri Lanka in Chittagong on Friday.
The hosts need a win to draw the series after Sri Lanka, the world's top-ranked Twenty20 side, won the first match by two runs on Wednesday.
Bangladesh made two changes from the previous match, bringing in batsman Sabbir Rahman and all-rounder Mohammad Mahmudullah in place of Mithun Ali and Sohag Gazi.
Sri Lanka chose to play all-rounder Angelo Perera and left out leg-spinner Seekkuge Prasanna.
