Cape Town - Australia's Mitchell Marsh smashed 20 runs off Morne Morkel's final over to enable Australia to post 147-8 in the second T20 international against South Africa at the Wanderers in Johannesburg.
Live scoring
The Proteas looked set to restrict the Australians to a meagre total before Morkel's wayward final over.
Marsh - who was clean bowled off the final ball by Morkel - scored 36 off 21 ball to lift the Australians to a respectable, albeit still below-par total.
Captain Cameron White also starred for the visitors with a quick-fire 39 off 26 balls.
South Africa's star performer was opener, Lonwabo Tsotsobe, who turned in remarkable figures of 2-11 in his allotted four overs.
Juan "Rusty" Theron was South Africa's second best bowler - claiming 2 for 28 in his four overs.
Morkel's figures was spoiled by the three sixes he conceded in his final over - and finished with 2 for 37 in four.
Quickie Wayne Parnell - who was picked ahead of left slow-arm spinner Robin Peterson - struggled, conceding 44 runs without claiming a wicket. He did, however, brilliantly run-out White when he kicked the ball - a la soccer style - to break the stumps.
Off spinner Johan Botha was his reliable best, claiming one wicket for 26 runs in his four overs.
