Madrid - Manuel Pellegrini is the new coach of Real Madrid, the Primera Liga club said on their website on Monday.

Chilean Pellegrini will leave Villarreal to take over at the Bernabeu in place of Juande Ramos, whose contract expires at the end of this month.

New club president Florentino Perez will present Pellegrini to the media at 1000 GMT on Tuesday, the club said.

Shaheen support your club and don't worry about Real Madrid. We sacked Capello because just winning is not enough. It was NOT a mistake and we'd do it again in a heartbeat. If you actually think about it, no European club has established itself as a dominant force in Europe during Real's hiatus. When the giant wakes it will rule for years cause Real tends to do the Champs League thing in bundles. Remember it was a ten year gap between ManU's two Euro Cups which means if Real wins this thing before 2012 they'll have done better while being a "circus". You are not fit to speak ill of this institution friend.

For all their pedigree, it's sad that the club is run like a Circus.... A new coach year in year out. And winning the league is enough to get you sacked? Ask Cappello...
